NEW ACCREDITATION PROGRAMME FOR CHANGE AGENTS

For over 30 years, the Vanguard Method (tVM) has enabled leaders of hundreds of service organisations across both private and public sectors to deliver profound performance improvements.

This new programme is designed for change agents already familiar with, or keen to adopt, tVM and who want additional developmental support and formal recognition of their capability. Its purpose is to equip you to be able to work effectively with leaders to change their thinking and take action to change how an organisation is designed and managed.
